GKA's Corporate Finance team, based in Cape Town, has established a new relationship with one of the worlds largest Private Equity firms, Headquartered in the US, to hunt for local investment oppertunities.

Since 1995, this firm has closed over 115 acquisitions that represent $30 billion in aggregate annual revenue. Their current portfolio includes companies in diverse industries, acquired in a range of corporate divestitures, public-to-private transactions, and transactions with private sellers. They operate each portfolio company independently with the goal of creating long-term, sustainable value.

For the remainder of the year, GKA will be focusing on Manufacturing, Industrials, Logistics and Distribution, and Software targets and will look for companies with annual turnovers between a minimum of R50 million up to R900 Million.
